Hi! I’m Jess and I’m in my third year studying psychology at Lancaster. I’m interested in musical imagery, especially how the brain can simulate complex auditory patterns like melody and rhythm internally, and what this can reveal about auditory memory and predictive processing. This has shaped my curiosity about inner speech, auditory representation, and phenomena such as auditory hallucinations. I’m really excited to deepen my neuroscience knowledge and contribute to research in this area.
