Hi, my name is Madison and I’m a second-year psychology student at Lancaster University. As a member of the S.T.A.R.S team in the LISN lab, I am currently assisting in the NICE community building project and in research on inner speech & Aphantasia. My main research interest is in the neural mechanisms of inner speech, particularly identifying the contributions of different brain regions and how these interact with one another. In the future, I hope to build a research career in neuroscience to help advance our knowledge and understanding of brain function and improve the health & lives of many.
